What will happen to cop that I filed a completely reasonable formal complaint on?

I was in an accident today. I was completely obviously in the right of way on, a bicycle cop came and handled the situation. He tried to say something I didnt agree with, so I said maybe we should get a state trooper out to get his opinion on it, the bike cop didnt appreciate the comment. Then as I was being completely reasonable explaining what happened ( I didnt have state police come by the way) the bike cop said if I didnt keep quiet that he would put me in the trunk of my brand new car I just bought. I =m going to file a written formal complaint. Im not trying to go out of my way, but it was completely unproffesional and uncalled for.
