file immediately for divorce,irreparable reconciliation.you can file for custody of the child,demand that she longer use your last name etc;any credit cards that you share,call immediately to remove her name from any accounts.call all utility co.,have her name removed.if the car is in your name and she has it,in the middle of the night get it and have keys changed.remove her name off of all insurance,car,life,etc;if she is hling you,get a civil protection order.the most important matter to consider in court procedure is any and 'all' evidence and subpoenas for witnesses etc..
