HELP!! I have a Plumeria cutting thats out of sync and wilting.?

It's not the heat that's the prob since you told us it's in a heated greenhouse. Its the light or the lcl of light.Plumeria also like humidity.So spray their leaves with water.These things don't need a lot if water just on their leaves.
