What happened between Beth Phoenix and Mickie James?

when mickie and beth were in OVW beth was supposed to be the next diva to join the main roster but mickie "stole her spot" that's why when they had the Mickie/Trish story Trish Beth came out and she was extremely pissed and mickei was like " Why are you here?! You're not supposed to be here!"
