Quiting masturbation?

maybe you have an addictive personality! try cutting things down in 1/4s. like look at the amount of times you eat a day. write it out on a piece of paper and take away 1/4 of it. like, little snack etc. do the same for masturbating. Give yourself quite a while just to get used to it. you might need 2-3 weeks, maybe a month. then, take away another 1/4. keep that going and stick with it! You might not need or want to cut down more than that, its up to you. just be sensible and realistic. As for exercise, just go for walks. dont start out thinking you're going to do heaps of exercise, you'll only scare your body lol. Good luck
