Im confused about my friend who has Psychosis. Is this normal for Psychosis sufferers??.?

It is time for you to end this friendship, before you get really hurt or worse. Your friend is living without brakes in his brain. He appears to see you as a ual partner and you don't sound as though you want that. He's pulled a knife on you, he's into drugs and alcohol, and just being friends doesn't sound as though he's thinking that at all. You are coming out of an abusive relationship, and headed towards a much worse kind of relationship with this fellow. You sound kind, worried about dumping this fellow. Well, dump this fellow and stay healthy. Good luck.
