How to grind with a guy?

ok i know this has probably been asked a bazillion times. but i really would like you to answere this question with detail. i am so nervous. this is the 1st dance im going to with a guy who is very physical. id really like to know in details and specifics how to grind with a guy. also dancing tips would be welcomed. thank you so much! <3 Jess
