For those who know about or work at State Employees Credit Union?

My question is regarding applying for a secured credit card. I bank at State Employees and I applied for a regualr credit card and I was denied because I work part time and was required to have a co signer. The guy that gave me the application for the credit card that I was denied from did not mention anything about a secured credit card and I was wondering if they do provide them?
